PRINTWRX Terms & Conditions
Welcome to PRINTWRX. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities when using our printing services.
1. Orders & Payment
• All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
• Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other approved methods.
• Orders will not move into production until artwork is approved and payment is received.
2. Artwork & File Submission
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all files are print-ready, including proper size, resolution, color mode, and bleeds.
• PRINTWRX is not liable for errors in customer-supplied files (e.g., typos, low image quality, or incorrect formatting).
• If requested, PRINTWRX may provide file preparation or design services for an additional fee.
3. Proofs & Approval
• Digital proofs will be provided for customer approval before production begins.
• Customers must carefully review proofs for accuracy in text, layout, colors, and design.
• PRINTWRX is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
4. Production & Turnaround Times
• Standard production times are 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
• Specialty, bulk, or custom orders may require additional time.
• Production timelines begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• PRINTWRX ships via carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• PRINTWRX is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Reprints
• Due to the custom nature of our products, orders are non-returnable once production has begun.
• Reprints or refunds are only offered in cases of:
• Clear production defects
• Shipping damage (reported within 7 days)
• Incorrect order fulfillment

7. Intellectual Property
• Customers represent and warrant that they have the rights to use any images, logos, or content submitted for printing.
• PRINTWRX is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations arising from customer-provided content.
• All designs, templates, and content created by PRINTWRX remain the intellectual property of PRINTWRX unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
• PRINTWRX’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, resulting from delays, errors, or defective products.
9. Privacy & Data Security
• Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing services.
• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except as required to fulfill orders (e.g., with shipping carriers).
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Province], without regard to conflict of law principles.
