PRINTWRX Returns & Refund Policy

At PRINTWRX, we take pride in producing high-quality print products tailored to your specifications. Because every order is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns once printing has begun. However, we stand by our work and will work with you if an issue arises.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.
  • Once artwork is approved and printing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds & Reprints

We offer refunds or reprints in the following situations:

  • Printing Errors: If there is a clear production defect (misprint, incorrect size, wrong material, or finishing error).
  • Damaged Goods: If items are damaged during shipping. Customers must provide photos within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Order Fulfillment: If you receive the wrong product, quantity, or specification compared to your approved order.

In these cases, PRINTWRX will reprint your order at no cost or issue a full/partial refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or reprints will not be issued for:

  • Errors in artwork provided by the customer (low resolution, typos, incorrect colors, etc.).
  • Delays caused by late customer approval or missed deadlines for submitting print-ready files.
  • Slight color variations due to differences between digital proofs and final printed products.
  • Orders delayed due to shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond PRINTWRX’s control.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approval.
  • For uploaded artwork, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure files are print-ready (correct size, resolution, color mode, and bleeds).
  • PRINTWRX may offer file checks or design assistance as an additional service, but final approval rests with the customer.

How to Request a Refund or Reprint

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.
  3. Our quality assurance team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
