PRINTWRX Shipping Policy

 

At PRINTWRX, we strive to deliver your printed products quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and responsibilities.

Order Processing

  • Production Time: Standard production times vary by product and order volume. Most standard print jobs are processed within 2–5 business days
  • Custom Orders: Large-format, specialty, or bulk custom orders may require additional production time. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout
  • Order Approval: Printing begins only after artwork is approved and payment is received. Delays in approval may extend processing times.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship orders via trusted carriers Australia Post
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and chosen delivery speed.
  • Customers may choose from available shipping options, including standard, or express overnight delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select products/locations)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen events beyond PRINTWRX’s control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • PRINTWRX does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
  • Certain oversized items may require freight shipping and special handling fees

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • PRINTWRX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside of our control.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • Lost or misdelivered packages must be reported within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
